Here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna mountain range as the sun rises, casting a golden glow over the peaks of the area, and the trek starts from Kande to Australian Camp (2,060 m). Which takes approximately 2 to 3 hours to walk. From the Australian Camp, you can see panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges and set up the lovely campsite at the Australian Camp.

The trip begins at the beautiful place Australian camp, where breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys await. After breakfast, you continue your journey towards the forest camp; the 2,600-meter trek will take you around 5 to 6 hours to reach the forest camp. Autumn (September, October, & November to Mid-December): In the autumn season weather will be clear, with clear skies and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. October month is full of festival month in Nepal so you can explore, learn, and experience Nepalese traditional cultures of different ethnic groups.

Spring (mid-February March, April & May to mid-June): The spring season is also the blooming season of rhododendron flowers so this time is the best time for you to experience a trek through the dense rhododendron forests.

Accommodation and Food in the Trek

On this 12-day trek, you will spend the night at a teahouse and lodges. Lodges and teahouses are simple accommodations with proper meals. Rooms are single, twin-shared, and small, but you will get a flexible as well as comfortable bed to spend the night in lodges or teahouses. Western-style and squat toilets are available for trekkers. While trek carry all toiletries with you including toilet paper.

  • Service in the Lodge: For services like hot showers, Wi-Fi, and charging you have to pay an extra cost it depends on the lodges.
  • Drinking Water: You can either buy boiled water in the lodges or mineral water bottles, the cost will be higher than normal, make sure that if you do not want to buy water then you can use water purification tablets to filter it further.
