Ulleri village is inhabited by the Magar ethnic community, known for its rich cultural heritage. To reach Ulleri it takes around 4 to 5 hours from Nayapul by trekking.

The village offers an opportunity to experience Magar traditions, customs, music, and dance. The trek will usually go through rice, maize, wheat fields, rivers, and waterfalls to the Ulleri village. After reaching Ulleri, you spend tonight here, so take a rest. If you want to learn about the Magar culture, visit the area, engage with local people, and gain experience.

After breakfast, you will start trekking up to Sinuwa from Chuile by trek through a captivating landscape as you begin the trip from Chuile to Sinuwa, and the trek will pass through the attractive village of Chhomrong. The path passes through lovely pine forests and rhododendron forests to reach Chhomrong.

Chhomrong is the gateway to the Annapurna base camp, although the village is known for its unique architectural style with stone houses perched on terraced slopes. From here trail descends over terraced fields before crossing a bridge of the Chhomrong River, then you will ascend further uphill for around one hour to reach Sinuwa, likewise the total hours it takes to reach Sinuwa from Chuile is approximately 5 to 6 hours.

To reach Machhapuchhre base camp from Deurali, it takes approximately 4 hours; then, it takes around 1 hour to reach Annapurna base camp from Machhapuchhre base camp. Today you will trek descend to the bamboo from Annapurna base camp. This trek will lead you through the bamboo forests, pine trees, oak trees, Rhododendron forests, and bushes that continue to descend along with the Modi River. On the way back from the Annapurna base camp trek, you see the surrounding mesmerizing views of mountains, and you will carry lots of memories of the trek to the base camp activities there. After a long hour of trek, eventually, you will reach Bamboo Ascending, where you will spend tonight.

After breakfast, you trek uphill until you reach Kuldighar. Then trek downhill to Chhomrong Khola. Again, you will trek uphill through stone steps for about an hour before reaching Chhomrong. The start path descends to Jhinu Danda (1,700m), where you will spend tonight. In Jhinu Danda, you can enjoy a shower in hot springs. The hot springs are about half an hour's downhill trek from Jhinu Danda. To arrive at Jhinu Danda from Bamboo it takes almost 5 to 6 hours.

Today you will have a longer trek than usual first, you will trek from Jhinu Danda to Nayapul which takes approximately 6 hours of trek, and then around 1-hour drive from Nayapul to Pokhara. The trek will you up and down through the sides and hills of the rivers. After reaching Pokhara take a rest have a shower in warm water and enjoy your tonight at the lakeside areas where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

On this 14-day Ghorepani Poon Hill & Annapurna Base Camp Trek, you will spend the night at a teahouse and lodges. The most common accommodation options along the trails are Lodges and teahouses and it's simple to accommodate with proper meals. On average most rooms have bunk beds, or twin beds, few have single beds, and have attached bathrooms overall. But may have shared bathrooms. Spend the night in lodges and teahouses they provide a warm place to stay for the night. While trek carry all toiletries with you including toilet paper. Book accommodations in advance, especially during peak season otherwise we will not find accommodations in peak season.

  • Service in the Lodge: Services like hot showers, Wi-Fi, and charging are available free of cost in accommodation packages but it depends on the lodges someone may have or may not have.
  • Drinking Water: You can either buy boiled water in the lodges or mineral water. Mineral water is expensive, but if you do not want to buy water, you can use water purification tablets to filter it further.
  • Snacks: Buy light snacks in Kathmandu for the trek. Pack nuts, energy bars, chocolates, and other things you love to eat during your trek journey.
